P.R.O.M.I.S.E. is a non-profit (501C3) charitable organization that aid men, women, and children who have lost loved ones to violence.
One of our goals includes developing a systematic process that involves defining the problem, identifying risk and protective factors, developing and testing prevention strategies, and assuring widespread adoption throughout the City of Pittsburgh and beyond.
P.R.O.M.I.S.E. is committed to stopping violence before it begins (i.e., primary prevention). We work towards providing intervention programs and activities to help curtail, prevent, and decrease violence among our youth.
